Tonbridge Art Group 

-  aiming to educate the public in Art

Tonbridge Art Group was founded over 35 years ago.  It is still flourishing and retains a reputation of being a happy and friendly club.  The group meets at the Adult Centre in Tonbridge, usually twice a month on Friday evenings at 7.30pm.  The meetings cover demonstrations, practicals, lectures and critiques.  Exhibitions are held in Spring and Autumn at Tonbridge Castle with the kind permission of Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.  The group also arranges outdoor painting days, gallery visits and coach trips. 

Anyone who is interested in Art and is over 14 years old is welcome to join.  The annual membership fee is £24.  Visitors may come along to a meeting as a taster for just £1.50 per meeting.  The group has a wide range of abilities and beginners are very welcome.
